1. Raw Material Inspection (IQC)

We believe superior products start with premium materials:

• Artificial Stone & Resins: Strict testing of raw resin clarity, mineral powder purity, and color consistency to prevent future yellowing, cracking, or deformation.

• Hardware & Components: Brass valves, stainless steel runners, hinges, and glass hardware undergo corrosion and load-bearing tests.

• Safety Glass: All tempered glass panels are verified for impact resistance, edge finishing, and uniform stress distribution.

2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Every manufacturing step is monitored by specialized quality inspectors:

• Bathtub Casting & Curing: Precise temperature and vacuum control during molding to eliminate air bubbles, ensuring a seamless, non-porous structure.

• Hand-Finishing & Sanding: Multi-stage manual sanding guarantees a smooth, uniform matte or glossy surface finish with zero rough spots.

• Cabinet Assembly: Strict checks on frame alignment, seamless edge banding, moisture resistance, and hardware smooth-operation.

3. Finished Product & Functional Testing (FQC)

100% of finished products undergo rigorous functional tests before packaging:

• Water Leakage & Drainage Test: All bathtubs, sinks, and shower trays are water-tested to ensure zero leakage and rapid, complete drainage.

• Load-Bearing & Structural Stability: Vanities and bathtubs are tested under capacity loads to guarantee long-term stability and safety.

• Dimensional Accuracy: Laser-measured tolerances ensure exact fitment for effortless installation on-site.

4. Pre-Shipment & Packaging Inspection (OQC)

To guarantee your order arrives in pristine condition:

• Surface Defect Check: Final inspection under high-intensity lighting to verify no scratches, chips, or color variations.

• Heavy-Duty Export Packaging: Products are secured with customized high-density foam, corner protectors, and reinforced solid wood crates or honeycomb cartons designed for long-distance transit.
